What is the average delivery time?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we aim for a delivery time of 6 months for all our products. We understand how important it is to have your purchase available quickly and do our very best to keep the delivery time as short as possible. However, it’s important to note that delivery times depend on various factors beyond our control. For example, the order list can impact the availability of products and production planning. When multiple orders are placed in a short period, this may extend the delivery timeline.
Can the trailer be customized to the preferences of our driver(s)?
STU trailers are fully customizable to the specific preferences of drivers. For a full overview of all available options, you can download our detailed brochures. Of course, we are also happy to discuss the possibilities with you over the phone — or even during a meeting over a good cup of coffee.
Does STU provide warranties on the trailers?
STU provides a full one-year warranty on the trailers. STU also offers maintenance service and parts.
What is the maximum length of vehicles we can load?
This depends on the number and type of vehicles. The maximum loading floor length of the trailer is exactly 15 meters. Do you have a question about a specific type of load? In that case, we will work it out for you with a technical drawing.
Are different neck heights possible?
When ordering the trailer, we discuss the coupling plate height of the truck.
Options: 95 cm, 100 cm, 105 cm, 110 cm, and 115 cm.
How much weight can the upper decks carry?
The upper decks can each carry 3400 kg.
What is the maximum height of the vehicle placed on the neck?
The maximum height of the vehicle that can be placed on the neck is 265 cm.
Are the trailers certified?
The trailers and lashing straps are certified according to TUV VDI 2700 sheet 8.1
